• WHO WE ARE:  We are a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to reducing crime in our communities by Impacting and turning the lives around of youth involved in the Criminal Justice System.

• WHAT WE DO:  We renew the minds of at risk youth through our 360 original workshop series. we will show them how to unleash their potential and see the value in learning from their past negative experiences. They will learn to influence the next generation into becoming tomorrow’s leaders. Our teens are given paid work experience opportunities back in their communities through our “curb address restoration” and “debris removal program.”

• WHY WE DO IT:  We are convinced that when youth are given real opportunities for growth and change, they become excited about being a part of a positive movement, therefore creating safer and more productive communities.   
• HOW WE DO IT:   All participants will be trained by executive director Derrick Bedford, who has a proven track record of success. With over 20 years involvement in the criminal justice system he possesses the skills, style, and passion to reach the most challenging youth.

A. 360 Original Workshop series- Youth will participate in a series of life changing workshops designed to unleash their full potential. They will learn real life strategies and techniques that can be applied the moment they leave the room.

B. Curb Address Restoration Program- Participants work in targeted neighborhoods doing graffiti/ debris removal, painting projects, and light industrial work assignments. Youth will be given stipends based on their full participation in the program.

C.  Multimedia Academy – Participants will learn all aspects of filmmaking including documentaries, videos, commercials and short films. They will shoot and edit their own promo videos to showcase their skills.
